Absolutely! All Latin/Roman based alphabets are fine, please provide the lyrics in both your native language and English translation. For other non-Latin language types such as Japanese, Chinese, etc, I can still accomodate these, but please also supply time stamps with the lyrics so I can ensure I am syncing them up correctly.

Of course! I encourage each client to jump onto a video call with me at the beginning of the project. This is so firstly, we can say hello to each other :) and secondly, so we can more easily and freely discuss any and all details of the project and I can answer any questions you may have, all before I head off to begin creating :) I see each project as a collaboration, so this also gives you the opportunity to share any further ideas you may have which we can discuss together.

Yes! I strive to ensure you are 100% happy with your video, every time. Revisions are included in the quoted price unless otherwise stated. I allow opportunity for your feedback at each stage of the production. If revisions go beyond the original scope of the project, an additional cost may be charged.

You! 100% ownership of the video rights go to you, the client. No strings attached. You have complete control over your content to use and monetise as you best see fit!

This depends on the complexity of your video and the level of customisation. For less complex projects, turnaround is typically within 7 business days depending on your feedback speeds. Projects under the "Complete World" bracket, with multiple assets and more complex animation, on the other hand, can be anything from a couple of weeks or more depending on the level of detail required.
